Dr.A.Nirmal Kumar completed B.E.,(CSE) from Madurai Kamaraj University, TamilNadu in the year 2004, M.E.,(CSE) from Anna University, Chennai in the year 2007 and PhD(CSE) from Anna University, Chennai in the year 2015. He has more than 16 years of teaching & research experience in the field of Computer Science and Engineering. He joined in the Department of CSE in CMRIT on 24th June, 2019. Currently, He is an Associate Professor in CSE and Dean of Students Affairs and Activities, CMRIT, Hyderabad. He is specialized in the areas of Software Engineering, Software Testing and Artificial Intelligence.

He has published 40 Research articles (which include SCOPUS indexed and WoS Journals) in various National/ International journals and conferences and published three patents. He is a recognized supervisor of Anna University and Hindustan University. He guided 1 PhD scholar so far and acting as a Doctoral Committee Member for many Ph.D Scholars. He has received two awards namely Innovative Professional Award, Innovative Academic Research and Dedicated Teaching Faculty Award. He has published a book chapter on Software Testing. He acted as Member in Board of Studies. He is a life member of various professional bodies including ISTE, IAENG and CSTA. He has organized many workshops, seminars, guest lectures, conferences in the area of Computer Science and Engineering. He is a reviewer of few international journals.
